LOL! I'm very certain there is no National Actors Voicing Podcast Sponsorship Message Institute (NAVPSMI).

Partly because RSL would never be the head of an institute. Unless it's the Snark Association, or something.

Yes, I think he's being silly...although my first thought was "eh?" Because I usually expect seriousness from him on these things! :-)
