Prodigal Son

A piece about the preview of Prodigal Son which gives the story of the play and towards the end a bit about RSL.

Hey, RSL is working with another Law & Order: SVU actor!
Does anyone else squirm that this play is autobiographical, that the playwright is basically telling everyone that HE'S brilliant and special?

I saw it, and YES.

Especially since the way he proclaims it is cliche'.

I snickered at the first comment saying the play opens on the playwright's character with a book he "reallocated" from a bookstore. "Reallocated", for God's sake.

But she never played a tough-talking detective, as the article claims! I don't remember he at all and after looking on IMDB, it appears she was in it twice -playing small victim rolls! Anyway, I'm sure they can share their experiences!

Yes! I couldn't help but think this too! "Irish boy from the Bronx whose intelligence – and good looks — land him a scholarship to a Catholic prep school in New Hampshire." Hmmmmm

Yes, what kind of school gives a boy a scholarship because of his looks? Does RSL's character turn out to be a ephebophile?
