Old clip of RSL

Was watching deleted SVU scenes on the show's Vimeo page and thought I'd put RSL's name into the Vimeo search button. I came across this random video uploaded by Naked Angels (the theatre company.)
RSL appears very briefly at 00:20

I couldn't understand what he said at first but after listening to it a few more times, I think he says: "Calling Fisher Stevens"

(Fisher Stevens is an actor - I'm familiar with him through Law and Order and he's currently in The Blacklist - I believe he is associated with The Naked Angels theatre company.)
