I was wondering that too! There is an 'SC' embroidered on it but I don't know what the writing is! Unfortunately I am too short and couldn't see above his visor when we met!! LOL!

ETA:

I just did a little google and the interlocking S and C and the colours suggest it could be for the 'University of Southern California Trojans' athletics teams!

That sounds very RSL like.

My favourite hat was the very touristy London cap he wore a lot when he did TKAM in 2013. He's probably the only person who could work such adorkable-ness.
Actually I always wondered with that hat whether one of the kids in the cast gave it to him since he bought them all over Yankees caps! :-)
