--"Wilson is not long for this world, but the implication is that House is not long for it either." That's EXACTLY how I've always seen it ever since I watched the series finale--I've always seen House as "deceased by now", too. It breaks my heart but it also makes a lot of sense. I always saw they're ending would be like that of old couples in which one of them dies and the other follows soon after. I loved how Hugh Laurie talks about this.
